My Sansa e280 just the Blue ring is on.

hello, i wanna tell you my english is not the best because i  dont speak this lenguage and i will do my best, my sansa is 280 and is broken and just the blue ring is on, the screen is like the hold key be activated but this key is off, please help me, i will thank you

How did it break?

no is e280 version, and one day i was listening music and it breaks. some weeks ago i disarm it and fit the micro slot and it works  for one week but later it was the same. and now i can fix it.

It could be the flash module coming loose. Unscrew the case and gently squeeze the black square behind the LCD display.

yes, i did that the first time and works but now nothing happen
