Question about patching

I'm trying to apply the FFT-Input patch found here.

This is what I got (see screenshot).

Can someone tell me what does this mean or what am I doing wrong ?

edit:
Trying to apply the patch I get the hunk #xxx failed messages (see screenshot 2) which means that it is no longer applicable because the source code has changed, is this correct ?
Anything that can be done about it, ie is there maybe anyone who would update this patch (I'm unfortunately no programmer myself)

(I'm very interested in this patch and would like to test it)

Your screen shot says you already applied the patch. Is it applied?
