calendar plugin showing wrong day

it saying today (28th September) as being Monday..... no matter what timezone your in this is just wrong....

well I updated to the latest dev build 706b920-120928 and it's working fine there... so I guess issue solved....

btw what in heck does that version number stand for since its going to be 3.12

The first part is the hash referring to the specific version of the source code, the second part is the date.
