Talkfiles not generating on Sansa Clip Zip

Rockbox utility is failing to generate talk clips for the Clip Zip.  Encoder settings are correct (tested by generating voice files), but talkfiles cannot be generated.  No error message is displayed, and the process appears to complete successfully, but no files are generated.

Use a development binary. This issue is known, fixed and documented in the changelog on the Rockbox Utility wiki page. Please read it, the changelog is written for a reason.
