Ipod Video 30 gb with 30 gb CF Card

Hello how can I directly copy the Rockbox Data directly via Cardreader to the CF Card. My Ipod could not connect to the PC!
Has somebody a Apple Ipod Harddrive Image of his Ipod Video 30 GB. Or A Rockbox Image?
