I have heard you are planning on transitioning to an app inside of devices like smart phones and such... does this mean you may just end support of devices like the ipod nano?

You could run either the simulator or the sdl port on it right now, but neither are particularly suited to a stand alone media player IMO.
Sweet, would be interested when a Linux (particularly Ubuntu) version becomes available as well. (rasberry pi + Ubuntu + rockbox would be FTW)
I noticed I ran the windows sim under wine.... no exactly intuitive... does rock (pun intended) on the ipod though
