Playlist V2.2

I am having trouble understanding how to work with playlist.

I have choose recursively insert subdirectories turned on under the playlist menu.

Dynamic:
I go to a directory Filemenu Playlist>Insert.
This only puts in one song (even when a directory is highlited). How can I add a whole directory to a dynamic playlist? How can I add multiple directories?
