3.11.2 database update bug

I think I've found a bug. Sansa Clip+ and iriver H140, both with 3.11.2

Creating a database from scratch is ok. Switch off after it's completed, let it read in the /9 thing
But if I just add a couple of albums and do a update, and let it finish it. Then switch off, and wait for the /9 thing, and then go into database it displays database is not ready, rescan.

So I have to do a full rescan even if I just want one or two extra albums in the database.

Older versions of RB didn't have this problem.

Definitely a bug, just tried on both players again, fresh rockbox install. Can't update new albums have to create whole new database.
