Best MP3 player for old blind man's fingers

My 91 year old father loves books and music and Rockbox is a great tool to help him listen to these.  His biggest problem is navigating the buttons.  Most buttons are not raised enough for him to feel them and they are so small that he often clicks two buttons at once or the wrong button and then he is confused as to where in the program he wants to be or how to get back.  Does anybody have a suggestion or preference for the best player to get him? He has managed the Sansa SanDisk e200 but that is hard to find anymore and his is FULL of music.  I've gotten him the Sansa Clip+ but it is really too small.

Obvious question, but what size microSD card has he got in there? Couldn't you just bump the size up on his current player?
