Sansa Clip+ - Audiobooks

I have succesfully downloaded two audiobooks from the library on my Sansa Clip+.  I can hear the actual speaking of the book, but the Title of the book is not heard nor are the chapters announced.  My blind Father will need to hear which book to pick and which chapter to listen to.  Why aren't these spoken?  Do I need to do something else?
When I try to generate talkfiles for Audiobooks where these two books are located I get this popup:

What version of Rockbox Utility are you using? Also, please post its System Trace output after the error occured.

Older version of the Utility.  Got it to work.  Thanks!!!!
