Sansa Clip Zip & Low Sound Volume

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure i'm in the right forum but i didn't know where to ask my question.
I just bought a Sansa Clip Zip and the sound volume, even at the maximum with replaygain is very low.
I also tried different headerphones.

I wonder if it's a software limitation and if installing rockbox (which i wanna do anyway) will allow me to have louder volume sound ?
