How to Disassemble a sansa+ device?
« on: August 07, 2012, 06:16:13 PM »
I have a problem with my 3.5 mm jack, I think the contact is loose.

I want to open it and check.

Any suggestions? If I need to change the jack witch one will you recommend?

Thanks.

They pretty much snap apart. You will need a 'spudger' (sort of a miniature putty knife/pry bar), or a dull razor blade can be made to work. You probably won't need a new jack, just re-solder the old one.
