I have a similar problem.
I used the version 4d8c5e5-120823 till today, now I have version fa5d225-120709.
My observations are that the behavior is randomic.
I tested with both an 64GB microSD in or not.
I get the following results:
with the SD installed
- often I get an error "undefined instruction" (to be precise I see the following sequence: the boot scren, the usb connection icon, and then the error)
- only sometimes I get the device recognized by Windows, and I see both disks in windows
- sometimes I get a detailed error
Without the microSD the USB recognition by Windows fails a bit less often. When it works of course it shows a single disk in this case.
Samples of the detailed errors are:
with version 4d8c5e5-120823
Data abort at 30 FSR 0x8 (domain 0, fault address 0x86B7A2 bt pc: 3004E038, bt end
with version fa5d225-120709
*PANIC* Unhandles IRQ (source unknown!)
bt pc: 3005D028,
A: 0005CF98
A: 300E6458
bt end
This rare errors with details were given upon connection to a Windows XP PC, with windows 7 i remember only "undefined instruction" errors.
shall I open a bug on the tracker?
