please help me about “database.ignore“

Don't apologise :)
That is odd, database.ignore should stop it being included (unless you have a database.unignore file in sub directories). As far as I'm aware it should also work on Android. Maybe someone else has an idea.

Is the file "database.ignore" actually called this way? Have you checked if your OS (Windows?) hasn't added some additional file extension by chance?

Doesn't it still scan folders with the database.ignore file, it just doesn't add them to the database afterwards?

I would suggest updating your build to a current development build. There's no need to mess around with database.un/ignore files manually anymore.
Settings - General Settings - Database - Select directories to scan
