iPod Classic 160GB 6th Gen Install Problem

Hello,

I am trying to install Rockbox on the 6th Gen iPod under Windows 7 x64, I have followed instructions at:

But my iPod is just sat there with the emCORE Installer 'Formatting' process for about 15 minutes now, surely that's not right? I have rebooted it and tried the process again but same problem.

Any ideas?

It's likely that emCORE is formatting the entire hard drive and 160 GB takes a while to format over USB.

I formatted a 100 GB SATA HDD connected via USB on Vista x64 and it took forever...give it a while, make some coffee/tea/whatever and be patient.

Does emCORE format the whole drive? Cause if so, that would be a definite possibility.
