Neither Firmware on a Sansa Clip+ will load

I just installed Rockbox 3.11.2 on a Sansa Clip+, and it was working fine, until I was manipulating some music folders on it via my laptop when it suddenly disconnected. Now, if I attempt to boot into Rockbox, it loads endlessly at the version number screen, and if I boot into the OF, it gets stuck on refreshing media. The main issue here is I can't access anything from USB, is there a way to fix it?
