modify home menu

Hi

I want to edit the home menu to only display the options I require, i.e. hide 'recording' and 'system' options etc

I also want to replace the Rockbox logo and text at the top of the home menu to my own logo and text

can someone point me in the direction of which files to edit or how to do this?

Have a look at section 13.1.1 (Customising The Main Menu) of the manual. I'd link to it but the online manuals seem to be offline at the moment.

As for the second question, I think themes might be what you're after;

got the menu customised and managed to change the logo by replacing images and recompiling, still have to get the text 'Rockbox' removed from top of main menu so themes may be the way to go for that
