Thanks for the help Saratoga, I installed Dev build version so far so good still testing it.

This disables a feature that completely powers down the sd card controller between accesses.

This link is dead. Is there a new one? I'm having a similar issue (I think RockBox isn't powerful enough to support class 10 cards, but my only working card that's large enough is class 10), and I really don't want to waste my time trying to figure out how to get the OF to work properly. I'd like to try this.

FWIW, tHe SD card class is basically meaningless.

That's not what my research suggests. In at least 90% of Rockbox exclusive microSD card problems talked about online, class 10 cards are the culprits. Personally, I've gotten two cards to work, and the third (which is currently the only one I have with the capacity to be used long term in an MP3 player) is class 10. I have seen no evidence of anyone getting a class 10 card to work on RockBox on a SanDisk Clip Zip.
I'd like to be the first. I can't really afford to replace this card right now. So, if you know of a new link to this patch, that would be great. Thanks.

Well if you know better than us, maybe you can use the results of your research to fix the bug yourself!
