Even though no one replied I should mention that at this point my Clip Zip is pretty much ruined. I'm going to return it and hopefully get a new one.
I really regret installing Rockbox at this moment, because the Roxkbox utility won't even recognize the device, so I can't uninstall it.
The Rockbox utility said it had finished uninstalling. Now I turn my player on and it says 'Firmware not found'. Great.The rockbox utility had a button saying uninstall, how can it be that that is not the correct way to uninstall? If it shouldn't be done by the RU then why is the option available on RU?
I'm going to try and get a refund on this player, but I'll probably have to end up buying a new one.
I don't quite understand what's up, but it seems to be ok now. It was weird on my Win7 laptop, the music didn't appear through MediaMonkey, today it did.
