Fuze Plus refuses to playback from microSD
Artistical:
Hello.
I had a Sansa e260 for music until I HAD to switch to the Fuze+. Thing is, my microSDHC 16GB card doesn't seem to work with the fuze+. It can read and navigate just fine, but as soon as I select a song to play, it goes back to the menu and the "Files" option is unaccesible. The player stops and the only way to get it back is to turn it off and back on. Briefly before going back to the menu, "root" shows where the song title should be.
I've searched on Flyspray for this, but other than the usual "FLAC and OGG doesn't really work", there's not much there. Also, the port status says SD is at 100%, so maybe this is more singular than I thought it was.
In any case, thanks for the sup-port (haha, see what I did there? :D). Been using Rockbox for over four years!

Have you tried copying the file to the internal memory and playing it from there? Does that work?
Artistical:
Indeed, that does work, and it's what I've been doing all this time. However, most of my music collection is on that microSD, and it's a pain having to swap files from there to internal through a computer (plus the wasted space).
bluebrother:
Check the filesystem on the card.
Artistical:
While a bit reluctant to try this since it involved moving 16 GB on and off from the card, I did. The file system was FAT32 and it was seen by the fuze+, just not played. Now, on NTFS, the fuze+ can't even see it.
So there. Changing back to FAT32, still looking for a solution.
