Sansa Clip not recognized

I have been using rockbox for about a year on my sansa clip + 2 gb. All of a sudden it doesn't turn on no matter how long I hold the power button, I tried plugging it in a few times with no luck. Sometimes when I plug it in the "Refreshing your media" screen comes up but freezes. Others it recognizes it as a drive, but the size of it is 30.6 MB, I cannot format it either. Rockbox Utility does not have it as an option in the device select. What can I do to fix this problem?
