Problem with the Last.FM log
« on: June 11, 2012, 05:16:57 PM »
I use a Sansa Clip Zip with Rockbox, and recently an issue has come up relating to the Last.FM log feature. I use LogScrobbler to upload my log, and when I check Last.FM no tracks that I have recently listened to on the player have been listed. Reloading the database, turning off the logging and then turning it back on seemed to work once, but now, even though LogScrobbler says the sync completed, the tracks are not listed at all. Did Last.FM make some new change that locks out applications such as LogScrobbler or is this my problem? My firmware is the newest dev version available, if that's any help.

Check the time/date on your player.

If this has somehow reset itself, then the tracks will be scrobbled with a date that has happened in the past and so won't show up on your recent tracks on last.fm.

The time is blank...which could actually explain this. Why I didn't think of it earlier, I have no idea, because when some tracks showed up the dates were all over the place!
