Set Bootloader default options in RockBoxUtility

I'm sure many people would like to choose how their player behaves by default.
For Example:
Power Button (OF/RB)
Plugin USB (OF/RB)

For example I have the Clip+ with the new current build. It has USB support.
I often plug it into USB and it turns on, booting the OF. I hate the OF. It takes ages to refresh the DB and makes junk folders everywhere.

We don't want this, and its not really technically feasible anyway.

Update your bootloader.  Booting into OF on USB insert was changed a while ago.
