Is there easier way to add music/Playlist on Fuze than this?
(1/1)
eleellis:
When it comes to using Media Monkey, Rockbox and the Sansa Fuze, each time I try to add Playlists, Rockbox unmounts and the Sansa Fuze shuts down, so I learned the only way to add lenghty Playlists is to boot up the Sansa Fuze's original firmware so the Playlists can be added to or new Playlists can be added. Then, the Sansa Fuze has to refresh under the Sansa Fuze firmware before the player can be used on a Rockbox reboot.
Then I reboot Rockbox and all is fine (that is until I want to add more music and go through the same process - oddly, after the Sansa Fuze refreshes, it has to do it again before I can add more to Playlists or more Playlists after the Rockbox firmware has been re-booted).
Does anyone know of an easier way to get around this?

Mine does the same thing.
I'm also still trying to find a away to play all my music files at once on shuffle mode. When I go into "database", it doesn't seem to recognize half my music.

Have you told Rockbox to update the database after adding music?
