Fuze 3.11.2 Track Skipping

I have a set of songs that every single time I attempt to play them they are skipped without even a second of audio. I can play them with no problems in Foobar and there shouldn't be any issues with their encoding.

That's a link to a copy of the file; there shouldn't be any issues with me distributing it. I got it from the artists bandcamp for a donation ( it was listed as buy it for free or more ).
