(lastfm) fastforward track gets scrobbled

I think this is a bug, just tested it.
When you start a song and let's say, you fast forward it from 0:05 to 3:31 (the end), it gets scrobbled.

So you only listened to the song for maybe 5 or 10 seconds but it still gets scrobbled. Is that a known issue?
