Is it possible to mod Archos Jukebox Recorder ram 2 to 16(or 32) ?

1) Is RAM (GM71VS65163CLT5/0146 AA7)  the same as RAM (GM71VS65163CLT5/524A) or RAM (GM71VS65163CLT5/0537 G3) or RAM (GM71VS65163CLT5/......) ?

2)  Is it possible to mod ram 2 to 16(or 32) ?

3)  Is it possible to mod its cpu Hitachi SH-7034 ?
