installing it..and need help

i have to open command prompt..and do this thing

uh it says find the C: \rockbox directory.. i have created one

but in the command prompt window it has

C>

sooo do i type in
 
C>C: \rockbox or what?

NEVERMIND NEVER MIND I GOT A NEW QUESTION!!!

HOW DO U EXTRACT THE APPLE FIRMWARE FROM THE IPOD THE DIRECTIONS ON THE SITE AREN"T TAHAT CLEAR TO ME
