3.11 unstable on Clip +

Hi there

I recently got a brand new clip + and decided to install 3.11 on it. The USB support is great and a lot of the time it works fine.

However I noticed that it's not stable as before. I think same build was stable on my old clip+? Have there been any hardware changes?

It will freeze 1-2 times a day (used 2 hours a day) and require a long power button reset :/

I have tried the latest nightly to see if the stability is better but just wondering if anyone else has experienced problems?

I've been using it for the last five days and not had any problems. I don't know what we're doing differently but I've had no problems. Then again I had problems regularly with it on my iPod Video when I'm sure most people had no problems with that player.

Question to both of you: I've got a Clip+ and have been seeing the occasional freeze. Are either of you using a MicroSD card in it? At the moment I have some small suspicion it might relate to playing things off the card.

I have a card in mine and I have noticed the last couple of times I have plugged it into the computer a message comes up saying the Clip+, not the card needs to be formatted before use but I just clear it off the screen and it works fine.

Yes I am using a 16GB Micro SD. I used it in my old Clip+ and it was fine. Not sure if related.
