Sansa Fuze v2 frozen at "Shortcuts'

Loaded Rockbox yesterday, Complete Install, apparently succesful, it played, great.  Could not find most of my music, just poking around I selected Shortcuts.

Now, the screen is frozen with only a small white square followed by the word Shortcut upper left of screen.  There is no response to any button or combo press, will not turn off, and is not recognized by windows.

Any ideas?  Or am I doomed?

Hold power for a long time, 30 seconds to a minute and it should hard power off
