How to vote for and contact a theme author?

like to give a vote but can't find a button
for nor a contact to ask him whether he
may consider to animate the wheels.

On the theme site, click on the screenshot and the subsequent page has a 'Rate' option to allow you to vote based on your opinion of the theme.

didn't expect it so simple i.e. without logging in.
makes it prone to take advantage of by
voting from different IP's  ;)

If people really have nothing better to do than try to game a rating on the theme site, then I feel sorry for them :)

It really isn't important enough to bother trying to stop people if they really want to.
