Trying to install to iRiver HP120

Hi People,
I tried to install to the ihp120 but no luck.
i used the utility, found the firmware 1.66 dropped it on the desktop, followed the instructions
and added a skin, safely ejected, did the firmware upgrade on the iRiver, rebooted the iRiver but no Rockbox. Am i missing something?
I am on mac 10.6.8

It's solved.
On the iRiver was already a firmware version. I deleted that one and after that, installation was as it should, easy.
And it rocks!

There was actually a bug in Rockbox Utility -- it's fixed by now. The next release will fail gracefully if a firmware file is already present on the player (to avoid overwriting a file someone might expect not to get overwritten) instead of not copying it and reporting success.
