Problems updating a theme (theme site)

I'd like to replace the above theme with a newer version, but the checkbox to tell the theme site that I want to overwrite the existent file does not appear. I already successfully updated another theme of mine. (This one: http://themes.rockbox.org/index.php?themeid=1568&target=sansafuzev2)
