If necessary I will do so, but I'd rather not.

Alternatively, you can fix the problem yourself and not bother with the tracker :)

--- Quote ---I'm confused.  The Visionox Display Co., Ltd. KPS-0054-Y02 pdf says "Interface: 8-bit 8080,8-bit 6800, SPI "  Why is that only 1 bit?

I think that the clip+ has the 1 bit interface and the clip zip takes 16 bits (maybe 8-bit 8080 + 8-bit 6800 = 16-bit), but I'm no developer. That's just what I understood from bertrik's post:

--- Quote ---The clip+ has fewer pixels and those pixels only take 1 bit each vs. 16 bits for the clip zip

At the present time you will find the zip emulation to be more unplayable than the clip+ emulations due to the impossibility to read text on the zip.  The only reason for the zip is if you like doom.  So I would just downgrade back.  The good news is the zips are selling at higher prices so you can pocket some money for the downgrade.
