ipod video -> Rockbox compatible with Onkyo ND-S1 digital dock?

Anyone know if a Rockboxed ipod video (or any Rockboxable ipod for that matter) will work with an Onkyo ND-S1 digital dock? If not, anyone know of a different digital extracting dock that will work with Rockbox?

Nope. It didn't really work with an Onkyo ND-S1 digital dock. I know that ipod 5G works with ND-S1. Another new option is the Arcam DR Dock, this can even take an iPad.

Digital output on ipods is encrypted, so baring a flaw in Apple's cryptography, using it with anything but Apple software should not be possible.
