Problem installing Rockbox on Sansa Clip+

I am using Windows XP.  I went for the complete automatic installation.  Everything worked until the Themes stage, with message Network error: Request aborted, check your network and proxy settings.  I removed the Sansa Clip, and Rockbox seemed to work OK.  However when I plugged it into the USB socket it was not recognised, unknown device, no driver.  If I boot up in Sansa firmware mode, and plug into USB when still switched on, the Sansa is recognised and I can browse the music files as before.

Any suggestions?

Please search first as per the forums posting guidelines. This has been asked over and over again.

As for the theme issue, there is a problem with the server that provides the theme information. It's being worked on. Be patient.
