Sansa Clip+ not recognized after install

Hello,

I just installed RockBox on my Sansa Clip+ using the RB Utility.  I used Complete Installation and the installation failed during the Theme Installation step, due to an "internal Server Error."  I removed the device and RB seems to be running properly. However, when I re-connect my device to my USB, the device is no longer recognized (i.e., it doesn't even show up in My Computer).  Any Ideas?

I'm running WinXP SP3 and the most recent build of RB
