Rockboy MP3 Player Reccomendation?

What mp3 players are the most compatable with rockboy? Or put another way; what are some MP3 players that are not overly expensive, but are fast enough to make decent use of it? I just lost my CLIP+, and while it is/was the greatest mp3 player ever...it might be neat to be able to play gameboy on my next unit...

On the other hand, from my experience, devices that do a single function usually do them better then multi-tasking devices, so I might just be giving into my own silliness here. Heck, I've never even had an MP3 player that played video halfway decent.

My best rockboy experience has been on the Gigabeats since they have a cross controller and plenty of extra buttons.  My advice is to look for a player with enough buttons and preferably a directional controller. 

You are correct that a dedicated game machine will provide an experience superior to the gaming experience achievable with a digital audio player.
