Sansa Clip+ / Rockbox v3.10 / Could not connect via USB to PC
(1/1)
jjeans85:
Hallo,
my data:
- Sansa Clip+ 4GB, no microSD
- RockBox Version 3.10
yesterday I updated my original sansa clip with full installation to version 3.10
then I copied some music clips to sansa clip+, everything worked fine, until...
Today it was not possible for me to connect the device to my PC, I tried several PCs, but every time the message:
USB device couldn't be realized
Do I have to configure some device options for connecting via USB or do I connect the device in a wrong way? I don't think you can connect it in a wrong way.
Is there a workaround? Because without connecting to PC I cannot upgrade firmware or play other music.
Thanks for help!
regards,
jimmy

thank you for the link.
but sry, I did not find any background to this information:
--- Quote ---USB was enabled after the release of 3.10. Users should either reboot into the Sandisk firmware for USB transfers (see manual section 3.1.3), or upgrade to the current build to enable rockbox USB mode.
--- End quote ---
I did not find section 3.1.3, on the sansa clip+ manual is no section 3.1.3
and how to upgrade a current build to enable rockbox usb mode when it is not possible to connect to the device, because USB is not working?
