SANSA FUZE V2 USB CORRUPTION HELP!

so i stumbled upon rockbox and i went thought the process of installing it.. after i was done it rebooted or w.e it dose and wait for it to install usb because the usb installer poped up on my pc and the usb thing says the device is malfunctioned and the driver cannot be fully installed etc etc... now when ever i plug my sansa fuze v2 in the device says changing and my pc doesn't recognize it so i cant do anything like uninstall rockbox because it acts as if my device isnt plunged in...i searched for a while and cant find anything on the subject...i found something saying turn it off then plug the usb in. well i did it and it didnt fully install the driver like last time.......... so now im stuck and frustrated please help... my device is sht to me atm

I have the same problem. Installed the latest bootloader and 3.10 firmware. I have a WinXP system. The error is that the USB device is unknown. Message from the Device properties:
No drivers are installed for this device.
If you are having problems with this device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter.
Chronon:
Are you sure you're using 3.10? If so, boot the original firmware and install a current build instead.
