instaling rockbox and voice from scratch

Hello. I'm totally blind and have a good working Sansa Fuse V1 installed to voice files and my music. However, I didn't install it myself and would like to know how its done so I would like to completely remove it and learn how to do it myself. I use the Jaws screen reader on my Windows Xp computer so its possible to read what's on the screen. My questions. 1. If I save the current rockbox folder on my computer will it be possible to get everything back by just copying it back if something goes wrong? 2. does removing rockbox also remove the boot loader? or is that somewhere else on the player. If so, how do you remove it. 3. I don't have the newest version of rockbox currently installed. does the same boot loader work with all versions? or are there different boot loaders fore each version. 4. How do I install voice? 5. Will auto install give me everything that manual install does. I know that all of these instructions are on the web page, but could anyone please give me step by step instructions for doing this? I would appreciate it. If you want to do it off list that would be fine. Thanks very much. Joe.
