iRiver H320 playlist issue

I just upgraded to Rockbox 3.10 from 3.9.1.  I can no longer get the "create playlist" to work so I can play the files in random order.  It has always worked the same way in the past.  I go to "create playlist" and hit the navi button and a box pops up until it adds all my songs.  Now it goes to a screen where I can type and change the name of the file, but it won't create the m3u file with the songs as it did in the past.   I have completely uninstalled and re-installed with no luck.  I would like to go back to 3.9.1 which worked fine, but can''t find it to download. Any ideas?
