My Specs are: new Sansa Clip+ with latest original Firmware (v01.02.16a) and Rockbox 3.10 Firmware installed via Rockbox-Utility 1.2.12. (bootloader v4.0). I have Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium and use MediaMonkey 4.02.
My problem is: I would like that my
rockbox booted Sansa Clip+ shows up in MediaMonkey, but even Windows doesn't recognize the Sansa Clip+,
when booted with Rockbox. Sometimes I get an error message (Code 43), sometimes nothing happens.
It seems to my this is not a hardware-problem or a driver-problem (which the "Code 43"-message could indicate), because when I boot the Sansa Clip with the
original Firmware by pressing Left+starting, everything works fine: the Player shows up either as an USB-Device, when I previously have chosen MSC-Mode (Settings > System Settings > USB-Mode > MSC) or as a portable device, when I previously have chosen MTP-Mode (Settings > System Settings > USB-Mode > MTP). If chosen MTP-Mode the player shows up in MediaMonkey.
As far as I know, Rockbox is not capable of MSC-Mode, but as far as I have read some posts in different Forums, a rockboxed Sansa Clip+ should show up in MediaMonkey.
I goggled for hours, but found no solution. I would think I have the very similar problem as stated in this post:
http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,33188.0.html. The Left+Starting-Workaround is probably not an option for my, because this way I could not sync my playlists.
I think an other similar problem is stated in this post, but I am simply not able to understand the proposed solution:

(And sorry for my bad English)
