retroTape not working properly on an Ipod Video 5.5

Hello friends. First of all i´d like to thank to the entire team for creating such a great software like Rockbox. I´ve been a user since 2007 and don´t regret even a little to have it. Recently i decided to join the forum to interact and learn more about Rockbox.
There an observation i´d like to make, some Themes will run on the Simulator but not on the device. Sometimes I get crazy debugging  

Well, to the point: I recently downloaded the theme retroTape, which i consider is excelent, especially because of the old feeling. I´ve tried to debug it entirely but still blind spots. I´m ataching the modified and commented .wps to see if anyone can help me out with it. Another issue is that when it displays the album art the track info disapears. I´m running 3.10 and it has the new font pack.

http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,24106.msg190136.html#msg190136   Right, the theme doesn't work on 3.10, but I'm not sure why. I *think* it might be related to a buffer thing. I just tried recent build d8fd988 and the theme is working fine again

 The theme started to work just fine when i upgraded tho the recent build 9f48f5f-120226 !
That was the problem, the 3.10 version.
