Need help with swapping L-R channels on iPod Classic 6G 120GB

Hi. i just installed rockbox 3.10 with EmCore on my iPod classic. The first thing i noticed when i play music was the channels are swapped. So i downloaded ipod6g_swap_audio_channels-v2.patch file but i don't know how to apply it.

P.S: I'm a software engineering student, so i think i can handle that coding things (and i use Dev-C++ and Visual Studio 2010)

Any help would be appreciated :)
