Automatic ongoing track playing

Rockbox is great BTW . 

Though , how can I turn off the  automatic resume of the next track

 Surely there must be a setting in order to play one track at a time ? Even better would be options which could be calibrated on the fly to allow one track playing -or possibly a sleep timer .

 Reason being - I have got albums and audio books (to help me sleep) with tracks which are 30 to 120 minuites long  and I would fall asleep  but ,  the device ends up playing a whole playlist,  the whole night .
 
 I am using the Sansa Clip Zip 4gb  and have the current Rockbox build (565a4b5- 120216)

Other than this small issue , Rock-box is leaps and bounds better than anything I've used before

There is a sleep timer.  Take a look at the manual.

To play a single file just insert it by itself into a new (dynamic) playlist.
