When I installed it, The utility wouldn't let me choose either complete or minimal installation. would only install using the installation tab. I uninstalled RB and then reinstalled the OF on my Fuze+.  I then tried using the utility again. Still can't use the Quick Start tab.

The Quick Start tab shows shortcuts for installing the latest release. Now tell me which the latest release for the Fuze+ is.

Instead of this pointless and totally inappropriate glibberish in your first post (as well as the thread title which isn't following out posting guidelines as well) you could have simply asked "is it intentional that I can't use the Quick Start tab for a Fuze+?". The answer would have been pretty simple.

I still don't understand what you tried to say in your first post since that's only remotely related to what you wrote later.

Yes. The quick start tab is an all-in-one (i.e. main build and bootloader) installer of the latest release (which is 3.10 at this time). The latest release only exists for targets that were considered "stable" at the time of the release, and the fuze+ is not one of them.

Using The Installation tab, do I have to install anything else besides the bootloader and the RB firmware?

seems like Rockbox utility terminates during patching SanDisk Fuze+ firmware file. I redownloaded it several times and no results and on diferent PC :(
So, I can't install bootloader

In case you're using Windows, yes. I suggest checking the changelog on the Rockbox Utility wiki page, which mentions this issue (and that it's fixed by now). You can use a development build of Rockbox Utility (see my signature).
