(1/1)
kyo_udon:
since updating to rockbox 3.10 i cant create playlist that contain all my music. I've read a post with similar subject to mine but could not understand it well. hope somebody else wil be able to explain it better.
I'm using sansa clip v2 btw.
in rockbox 3.10 the menu is as follow :
files - database - resume playback - setting - recording - fm radio - playlist catalogue - plug in - system
where is the "playlist" menu? cause i think before 3.10 the menu is something like :
files - database - resume playback - setting - recording - fm radio - playlist - plug in - system
before 3.10, all i had to do was follow this guide
By using the Main Menu
To create a playlist containing all music on your player, you can use the "Create Playlist" command in the "Playlists" menu found in the "Main Menu". The created playlist will be named root.m3u8 and saved in the root of your player’s disk.
since the playlists menu is gone i have not figure out another way to do it
all i want is just a way to create a playlist to all my song

Hello,
I think the manual is not up to date. The playlist behaviour and the items in the main menu have changed recently. So to create a playlist that contains all your music, bring up the context menu on the folder, where all your music is in and choose "playlist catalog" and then select "add to new playlist".
