Rusty Shack, please don't get personal. You asked for help, you appeared to have difficulty understanding where you were going wrong. I merely pointed out that your perceived issues were not genuine issues and could have been avoided by a little education.

Please do point out where my answers were wrong. I'd like to be able to help users out, so don't want to give incorrect responses.

To be clear, the install of Rockbox did nothing to your music. Transferring music using MTP or updating the Sansa firmware may well have done but you'd be hard-pressed to blame Rockbox for that since Rockbox != Sansa OF.
