USB Device Not Recognized After Install

I just bought a SanDisk Clip+ and installed Rockbox using the Rockbox install utility.  The install seemed to work fine, but now my computer does no recognize the SanDisk at all, so it is impossible to load any music onto it.  I've tried re-running the install utility, but it cannot find the device either.   Any help would be appreciated as this is a brand new device which is no longer useable :-(

See the manual and check the following:

Note: The following steps require you to change the setting in Settings → System Settings → USB Mode to MSC from within the original firmware. Further note that all original firmware settings will be lost immediately after patching the bootloader, so you may need to correct this setting again after installing rockbox.

yapper, thanks for your help.  Unfortunately I'm not finding that in the menu of options.  I did change from MTP to MSC (from the SanDisk menu) prior to running the Rockbox install utility, but now that Rockbox is installed, I don't see an option to select MSC mode.  A partial list of the menu I'm seeing (where I would expect I might find the MSC option) is shown below.  I've looked in those and all the other menus.  I believe I've gone through them all.   I apologize if I'm just overlooking it.

My apologies if it seems like I have not searched for this.  I did search for this issue, and I did find several similar problems posted, but nothing appeared to match my problem directly and the solutions to those problems did not appear to apply in my case.  My sincerest apologies if I missed a post which addressed my problem.
